What information do we collect and how do we use it?

and if paying by credit card, credit card number, and credit card expiration date.
This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status.
Your email address also serves as your log in name.
i-contacts will contact you via the email address you provide us, to notify you of your order status, important changes to the web site or policies, and to notify you of new products or special offers. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and
use of this information by i-contacts for the purpose it was given.
How do we protect your personal information?
Checkout is done via a secure server, so your credit card number is encrypted as it
travels to our ordering system. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges,
remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Do we make any personal details available to third parties?
We never disclose your details to third parties, and that includes your email address.
We may contact you to verify your personal information.
In some cases we may contact you to verify personal details.
This may include things such as confirming mailing address, billing address and prescription details.
This helps us to ensure the data we have is correct and also to help prevent fraudulent use of credit cards.
Can I change and view my personal information?
If at any time you would like to change any information in your account,
just go to the account page and login using your email address and password.
Here you can change or update your email address, password, shipping address, billing address,
un-subscribe from any email notifications.

We do not knowingly collect information from, or sell to, children under the age of 13.
If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to use i-contacts or provide any personal information about yourself to us.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information.

Site activity information.
We do track of some of the actions you take on the i-contacts.co.nz site, such as which pages you have viewed. This helps us to know how users interact with our site
allowing us to make meaningful improvements in the future. It is also useful if a problem occurred for us to be able to view which pages you were on at the time.
These logs are periodically deleted usually about every 6 months.
