I ordered my contact lenses in the evening and immediately received a prompt email from the team advising me that they had ordered my contacts from the supplier but that there might be a delay.
To tide me over, they generously gave me a pack of trial lenses (which I ended up enjoying more than the ones that I usually order).

I’ve been getting my lenses from I-Contacts for many years, and more recently encouraged my wife to see if they could supply daily Toric lenses - which they do. I-Contacts also offer a lens case recycling service in their store which is great.

Our kids seem to wait till the last moment to tell us they're running out of stuff like prescription medicine and contact lenses. This time it was the boy. Due to various supply chain issues, his usual brand of toric lenses was impossible to obtain in time. However, Paula didn't give up and pulled out all the stops to find equivalent lenses from other manufacturers in order to tide him over until the usual ones arrived!
